
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2nd Hometown Christmas event — this time to be held at a gorgeous venue in East Earl called the Koinonia Place (1669 Mill Rd, East Earl).
- Friday, October 9 (3-9 PM)
- Saturday, October 10 (9 AM – 3 PM)
At the beginning of the application process, we will not be accepting MLM (multi-level marketing) businesses (except for a select couple) as our focus for this market is handmade or curated products and items.
Note: upon acceptance into the event, payment needs to be sent within 2 days. Otherwise your spot may be given to someone else.
It may take a couple of weeks for us to send acceptance emails/texts. Please be patient with us!
Payment should be by Venmo or Check (details will be give upon acceptance to the event).
Other things to know:
- Please share about the event as much as possible. The success of the event depends on getting as many people to come out as possible! We will be sharing on the socials set up specifically for this event and possibly some other forms of advertising.
- You are responsible to bring your own tables/chairs/set up. If you are selected for an outside spot, you are required to bring your own canopy with weights to hold it down and any weather proofing sides that you will need.
- Tablecloths are required.
- Please make your space as professional and attractive as possible. This will help the “vibe” of the market as well as help your product to be attractive.
- This event is Christmas in October! So please decorate your space accordingly instead of with fall decor.
